LIKANDO Mufalali says UPND is an organised party, arguing that the double adoptions witnessed during nominations happened because some provincial chairpersons handling certificates were overwhelmed and issued them to two different candidates. During the parliamentary and mayoral nominations, violence erupted in the ruling party after some candidates presented double adoption certificates, resulting in confusion among members.
