FIFA Technical Instructor Jerome Damon has challenged Zambia’s next generation of referees to dream beyond local football and believe they can officiate at the highest levels of the game after successfully completing the Young Talent Referees Course in Lusaka. The FIFA-backed Young Talent Referees Course brought together emerging referees and assistant referees from across the country as part of efforts to strengthen Zambia’s pipeline of match officials for domestic, continental and international football.
