FORMER Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) president Leonard Hikaumba says discussing what ZCTU would like to see as the outcome of the August election does not make the organisation partisan. On Thursday, Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) Deputy Secretary General Catherine Kantumoya said ZCTU is aware and sure that President Hakainde Hichilema will remain President after the August elections because his leadership and commitment to making Zambia a better place is not common.
