PRINCE Akashambatwa Mbikusita Lewanika has charged that the current political environment is not free and fair, arguing that the electoral system has been tuned to restrain the opposition. Lewanika has also urged citizens to move away from a one-man-centred leadership system towards a broader, more inclusive form of governance.
