PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has named and shamed four former UPND MPs Gary Nkombo, Elijah Muchima, Elias Mubanga and Newton Samakayi for “refusing” to vote for Bill 7. President Hichilema says he does not want such disloyal MPs and has urged citizens to vote for loyal UPND MPs who will work with him.
