CENTRAL Province Permanent Secretary Dr Milner Mwanakampwe says the province will surpass Lusaka in industrialisation within the next three years on account of “massive” investments under President Hakainde Hichilema. Dr Mwanakampwe adds that the contribution of Central Province to national GDP will in the next four years be running neck and neck with Lusaka.
