FORMER home affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says recent reshuffles in the police service are questionable. Recently the police service announced that Copperbelt Province Commanding Officer Mwala Yuyi had been transferred to Zambia Police Service Headquarters in Lusaka, while Rae Hamoonga was transferred to Copperbelt as Commanding Officer. Mubita Nawa was transferred from Zambia Police Training College to take over as Commanding Officer for Western Province, succeeding Hamoonga.
