SMALL Scale Miners Association of Zambia president Kelvin Tembo says mining activities at the OB 22 and OB19 dumpsites are expected to commence this week. President Hakainde Hichilema, during his working visit to Chingola recently allocated the OB22 and OB19 dumpsites to youths and stressed the need for safe and legal mining before commencement of operations.
