A NUMBER of districts have confirmed receiving ballot papers ahead of the August 13 elections. This comes after the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) announced last Friday that it would begin the distribution of the ballots on Sunday, August 2 until Monday, August 10. The final consignment of ballot papers arrived in the country last Thursday at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport from Dubai, where they were printed from, before being taken to the Silverest warehouse for storage, ahead of verification, which was done on Friday.
