POLICE say they are still investigating cases of voters who posted photos of their marked ballots during the August 13 general elections. Police Spokesperson Godfrey Chilabi has warned that those found guilty could face up to two years imprisonment. On voting day, a number of voters including Miles Sampa, shared photos of their marked ballots, an act Chilabi says constitutes a breach of the secrecy of the ballot under Section 91 of the Electoral Process Act.
