THIRD Liberation Movement leader Enock Tonga’s wife, Peggy, has asked the Lusaka High Court to grant her leave for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus, to secure the release of her husband. Peggy has cited the Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha as the respondent in the matter. Tonga, who is also a Tonse Pamodzi Alliance member, was picked and apprehended at Mulungushi Conference Centre, after demanding that the announcement of presidential election results be suspended.
