NRPUP official Joseph Kaseya and 42 others have been released after the Lusaka High Court ruled that their continued detention was not justified. Kaseya and others dragged Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha to court, following their continued detention and alleged torture. The court consequently ordered their immediate release and directed the State to meet the costs of the case.
