HARRY Kalaba has appealed to First Lady Mutinta Hichilema to help resolve the treason case involving Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu, as she is her husband’s “first advisor”. Kalaba, who is Ctizens First president, says he has not congratulated President Hakainde Hichilema because he believes the election was inconclusive.
