SLOWLY, as a country, we need to begin accepting that there is more to life than nshima. Zambia is a nation that genuinely believes that food means nshima and nshima means food. We have conditioned ourselves to think that a meal is incomplete unless there is a mountain of maize meal sitting in the middle of the plate.
