TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) president Professor Lewis Chilufya says Zambia has sufficient laws to help fight corruption, but enforcement is often lacking. TIZ says it does not want to see a selected approach in the corruption fight during President Hakainde Hichilema’s second term.
