THE Lusaka Magistrates Court has convicted vlogger Joseph Chishimba for sharing a screenshot, claiming that Chipo Mwanawasa was impregnated by a guy at State House. In this matter, Chishimba is charged with one count of publication of information, Contrary to Section 54 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act No. 2 OF 2021 of the Laws of Zambia.
