LABOUR Commissioner under the Ministry of Labour, Givens Muntengwa has called on employers across the country to embrace workplace sports festivals, describing them as essential to employee health and wellness rather than mere entertainment. The two-day sports festival, which was inaugurated in 2012, brought together over 22 financial institutions and featured 13 disciplines including football, netball, basketball, sack race, dance, pool, and chess.
