THREE, among 18 petitioners are alleging that they were offered incentives to turn into State witnesses to incriminate Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu in the treason case. The three, are among the 18 petitioners, including Mundubile and Makebi, who have argued before the Lusaka High Court that their detention at Mukobeko Maximum Security Prison is unlawful. The three petitioners are claiming that while at Mwembeshi correctional Facility, they were subjected to an interrogation by three Zambia Army Special Forces personnel.
