SHIWANG’ANDU UPND losing parliamentary candidate Victor Beleshi has appealed to the Constitutional Court after the High Court dismissed his election petition on procedural grounds. Justice Catherine Lombe dismissed Beleshi’s election petition, which challenged Stephen Kampyongo’s victory in the August 13, 2026 parliamentary election.
