MANDEVU independent aspiring candidate in the August polls Adrian Banda has rejoined UPND. Banda was received at the UPND Secretariat by the party’s National Youth Chairperson Gilbert Liswaniso. Banda was among the top three contenders, alongside RP’s Jean Kapata and UPND’s Christopher Shakafuswa, in the August polls for the Mandevu seat, whose results were not announced due to an alleged attack on the constituency’s totalling centre on August 18.
