POLICE in Ndola have arrested two women who inserted a round bar into the vagina of a 17 year old girl.

Copperbelt Province police commissioner Elias Chushi said the incident happened on Saturday last weekend.

He said Jacqueline Nanyinza, 27 and Catherine Mpamba, 28, both of Chipulukusu Compound in Ndola accused the victim of flirting with Jacqueline’s husband.

Chushi said the two women enticed the victim to accompany them to Catherine’s house where she would be given some wigs to plait her hair.

He said while there, the victim was beaten, undressed and photographed while naked.

Chushi said the duo then inserted a round bar into the victim’s vagina and scorned her.

“Police in Chipulukusu have arrested two females who allegedly indecently assaulted a girl, 17 and inserted a round bar into her vagina. On Saturday, 30th January, 2021 between 09:00 hours and 18:00 hours, at unknown House Number in Chipulukusu Compound, Jacqueline Nanyinza 27 and Catherine Mpamba 28, both of Chipulukusu Compound, Ndola accused the victim of flirting with Jacqueline’s husband. They enticed the victim to accompany them to Catherine’s house where she would be given some wigs to plait her hair. Whilst there, she was beaten, undressed and photographed stark naked. The duo inserted a round bar into the victim’s vagina and scorned her,” said Chushi.

He said after her humiliation, the victim went to the Police Station and reported the matter.

Chushi said the two suspects are in police custody and will appear in court soon.
