MINISTRY of Health Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Dr Kennedy Malama says 49 COVID-19 deaths have been recorded in the last 24 hours, the highest so far. And Dr Malama has expressed optimism that the increasing number of positive cases will improve the uptake of the COVID-19 vaccines once the second dose arrives in the country.
