ZAMBIA Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) director general Idah Chella yesterday expressed disappointment at the low attendance of suppliers during an engagement with the authority. Addressing suppliers at Lusaka’s Mulungushi International Conference Centre, Tuesday Chella said she expected the venue to be filled but unfortunately, only a few had shown up. “I was expecting when I come, I will find this place full but it’s not.
