ZESCO Limited Board Chairperson Vickson Ncube says the utility company will most likely get mentally crippled if the Energy Regulation Board doesn’t approve its proposed standard connection fees, but won’t be completely grounded. In an interview, Ncube said ZESCO was looking forward to a positive outcome from ERB but was also preparing itself in the event that the proposal was rejected. “A company doesn’t get financially crippled, it gets mentally crippled.
