MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga says he is optimistic that in the coming years, Zambia will have a pool of entrepreneurs with good investments and sustainable livelihoods. The Patents and Companies Registration Agency (PACRA) recently revealed that it had exceeded its annual registration target of 28,620 by registering over 36,000 businesses in the three quarters of 2022.
