FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Muskotwane says government is reconstituting the Financial Intelligence Centre Board, assuring that it will be in place soon. And Dr Musokotwane says the government may consider establishing a sinking fund once it restructures the current debt. Meanwhile, Secretary to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa says it can make sense to have a sinking fund once there is economic stability in the country.
