SCIENCE and Technology Minister Felix Mutati has announced that local license fees charged by ZICTA for operating postal or courier services have been reduced from K10,000 to K5,000, and K15,000 to K10,000 for international. And Postal and Courier Services Association of Zambia president Gabriel Mumba says the reduction will help grow the industry to around 40 percent.
