MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu says his ministry is undertaking a pilot project aimed at converting agricultural waste into charcoal briquettes as a way of curtailing charcoal burning. In an interview, recently, Nzovu said his ministry was promoting several projects in order to see which alternatives to charcoal it could bring into the market. “Charcoal burning is becoming a very big challenge to us because as you are aware, charcoal is easily made.
