BRIAN Mundubile has refuted that he was in possession of high grade military weapons aimed at threatening state security, adding that any weapons found were for civilian protection. Mundubile also denied declaring himself winner of the election. On Sunday, Secretary to Cabinet Patrick Kangwa disclosed that 11 Tonse Alliance members had been arrested for being in possession of high-grade military weapons aimed at threatening state security. The suspects include NRPUP presidential Spokesperson George Chisanga, Patrick Mwansa (Tasila Lungu’s husband), Bishop Trevor Mwamba, Simon Phiri, Richard Banda and Francis Mulenga.
