FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the removal of fuel subsidies has been painful to some Zambians but that the country has seen some benefits. And IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva says good governance has potential to boost the country’s economic growth.
