OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Kafula Mubanga says it will take a while for the TAZAMA pipeline to have a big impact on diesel prices. Mubanga however expects diesel pump prices to reduce by K2 to K3 once the Energy Regulation Board announces the latest pump price reviews this Friday. Meanwhile, he says government should setup a legal framework that would compel Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to use the pipeline.
