MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says a positive announcement will be made soon regarding Konkola and Mopani Copper Mines despite the first quarter of 2023 being over. Kabuswe says the government was just derailed “a little bit” by the Democracy Summit and US Vice President Kamala Harris’ visit to Lusaka.
