FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane has described the 2023 IMF/World Bank Group Spring Meetings which Zambia is expected to participate in as important in the country’s debt restructuring journey. The meetings will commence today and end on Sunday, April 16, 2023.
