GREEN Economy and Environment Minister Collins Nzovu has issued a warning against illegal mining in forest reserves, saying those found wanting will be prosecuted. According to a statement issued by the ministry, the minister was speaking after he led a team of officers from his ministry to inspect the status of the North Swaka National Forest Reserve in Mkushi.
