ZAMBIA Revenue Authority (ZRA) Commissioner General Dingani Banda says the authority collected a gross revenue of K27.3 billion in the first quarter of 2023. And Banda says the authority has observed that some taxpayers have dropped off the tax net since the authority made TPIN requirements for employees mandatory. Meanwhile, the ZRA Commissioner General says the authority is planning to leverage artificial intelligence in a bid to provide a better service.
