CRUSHERS and Edible Oil Refiners Association (CEDORA) Director Aubrey Chibumba says there is a likelihood that cooking oil prices will rise any time from now. In an interview, Monday, Chibumba noted that most farmers had exported soya beans, resulting in a shortage on the market.
