MINISTRY of Mines and Minerals Development Permanent Secretary Hapenga Kabeta has disclosed that the signing of the deal for Vedanta to assume KCM operations has not yet been done, but says the finalisation of all required legal processes is almost done. And Dr Kabeta has refuted claims that some clauses, such as the deemed offer, in the agreement between Vedanta and government had been removed.
