FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the cost of living is indeed rising but at a slower pace when compared to 2 years ago. And Dr Musokotwane says he is not happy with the current 12 percent inflation rate, saying government’s goal is to push it to between 6 and 8 percent.
