OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says he expects the cost of blended fuel to be 20 percent cheaper than fossil fuel prices when at full production. Dr Kafula says it is exciting to see that the country is heading towards the actualization of the ethanol blending process which has very good benefits, among them the production of clean fuel and creation of new jobs.
