NEW Heritage Party Leader Chishala Kateka says what Zambia needs right now is a mine tax regime that is sensitive to the needs of the country and not just those of investors. On Sunday, Minister of Mines and Minerals Development Paul Kabuswe said his government will ensure right taxation in the mining sector by administering a system that won’t choke investors.
