MINISTRY of Transport and Logistics Permanent Secretary Fredrick Mwalusaka says RTSA is already conducting a study that will inform the possibility of lifting the ban on night travel for public service buses. Former Transport and Communications minister Mutotwe Kafwaya recently advised government to conduct a scientific study that would inform the possibility of lifting night travel ban for public service buses and goods vehicles. Commenting on this in an interview, Monday, Mwalusaka disclosed that a study had been commissioned under the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) to that affect.
