GOVERNMENT and AVIC International have signed an amendment agreement on debt restructuring relating to the financing contracted for the Lusaka Urban Roads Programme under the L400 phase two and phase three projects. According to a statement released by the Ministry of Finance and National Planning, Thursday, the step formed part of Zambia’s ongoing external debt restructuring process under the G20 Common Framework for Debt Treatment.
