CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila has urged judges and magistrates in the country to enhance their abilities in dealing with cyber, financial and economic crimes. Justice Malila has also noted the need for the Judiciary to enhance ways in which the Non-conviction-based asset forfeiture can be used effectively by the Judiciary, for the benefit of the citizenry. Officiating at the two-day training workshop on cyber, economic and financial crimes in Lusaka, Monday, Justice Malila disclosed that government was in the process of putting up rules of court to specifically deal with economic and financial crimes.
