CHIEF Justice Dr Mumba Malila has urged judges and magistrates in the country to enhance their abilities in dealing with cyber, financial and economic crimes. Justice Malila has also noted the need for the Judiciary to enhance ways in which the Non-conviction-based asset forfeiture can be used effectively by the Judiciary, for the benefit of the citizenry.
