LUSAKA magistrate Irene Wishimanga has granted Ndozo lodge proprietor Chrint Sichamba permission to undergo medical treatment abroad. Meanwhile, Magistrate Silvia Munyinya has dismissed former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu’s application to access his passport to enable him to seek medical treatment abroad. In the first matter, magistrate Wishimanga granted the application but said Sichamba’s doctor needed to explain to the court how long the treatment will take. This was after Sichamba asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Court to order the Anti-Corruption Commission to unfreeze one of his bank accounts to enable him to travel abroad and access medical attention.
