PF faction president Miles Sampa and his secretary general Morgan Ng’ona have told the Constitutional Court that the petition against them by nine “expelled” PF MPs is an abuse of the court and it should be dismissed. The duo, who have filed a notice of motion to raise preliminary issues on a point of law, has also told the ConCourt that the nine PF MPs were only seeking to increase their chances of success by litigating the same issues before different courts.
