A 31-YEAR-OLD man has pleaded guilty in the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court to stealing two sausage rolls valued at K30 from Shoprite Zambia. Peter Visagie is charged with one count of theft, contrary to section 272 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia. Particulars of the offence are that Visagie, on January 16, 2026, in Lusaka, did steal two sausage rolls, altogether valued at K30.00, the property of African Supermarkets, trading as Shoprite Zambia Ltd. When the matter came up for plea before Lusaka Magistrate Keegan Litiya, Visagie pleaded guilty. Magistrate Litiya adjourned the matter to February 3, 2026, for judgement....
