A 30-YEAR-OLD businessman, Soyab Mohamed Hansali, has pleaded not guilty to the offence of selling personal care products bearing a forged Unilever trademark valued at K38,100. In this matter, Hansali is charged with one count of prohibition of sale of goods bearing a false trademark or false trade description, contrary to Section 6(1)(a) and 23 of the Merchandise Marks Act, Chapter 405 of the Laws of Zambia.
