THE Bene Mukuni Royal Dynasty Committee has opposed an appeal by Paramount Chiefs Chitimukulu, Litunga and Kalonga Gawa Undi to join a Constitutional Court case seeking the recognition of Chief Mukuni as a paramount chief. The Committee, through Director General Jonas Shakafuswa, argues that the three traditional leaders have no legal interest in the matter and have not shown how they would be affected by its outcome.
