LUSAKA Magistrate Anna Holland has granted Tonse Pamodzi Alliance Secretary General Celestine Mukandila K20,000 cash bail in a case in which he is charged with four counts of forgery and uttering false documents. The court said there was insufficient material before it to justify the refusal of bail.
