DANCEHALL firebrand Tbwoy has taken a swipe at fellow musicians over their silence on the proposed Copyright Bill, wondering whether it is cowardice or simply an inability to read that is keeping them quiet. He noted that whenever submissions are invited on artistes’ bills, very few musicians turn up, despite the outcomes benefiting the entire industry.
